14.1 Overview
The HR Box of 2BizBox can be used to record and search for basic Human Resource information.
- For regular employees, the HR Box can be used to establish employee cards that contain the employees’ basic information, contact information, home information, education experience and training records.
- For informal workers, temporary worker cards can be created to record their information. After they become regular employees, temporary worker cards can be converted to regular employee cards.
- The company address book is the address list of the company. Here, employee information can be added for reviewing or printing.
